Delete your account
HerSpace by Higher Detail Limited
You can delete your HerSpace account and its data at any time. Deleting is permanent and cannot be undone.
Delete in the app
- Open HerSpace and go to Me → Account.
- Tap Delete my account and data.
- Press and hold Hold to delete to confirm.
This deletes your account from our servers and your HerSpace data on that phone straight away. If you want a copy first, you can export your journal and Proof as text files before deleting.
If you no longer have the app
Email privacy@higherdetail.com from the email address linked to your HerSpace account, with Delete my account as the subject. If you signed in with Apple or Google, say which, and send it from that account's email address. If you used Apple's Hide My Email, tell us and we will help you show that the account is yours.
We may ask a question to confirm the account is yours before we delete it. We will delete it and reply within one month.
Deleting by email removes your account from our servers. Anything saved on a phone stays there until you remove the HerSpace app from that phone.
What is deleted
- Your account, sign-in details and profile
- Your subscription status and daily AI request counts held on our servers
- When you delete in the app: everything HerSpace saved on that phone, including check-ins, journal entries, conversations, Brave Moments, debriefs, saved Proof and photos, parked worries, small wins, ladder steps and scheduled reminders
What is kept, and for how long

Your subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it in your App Store subscription settings to stop it renewing.
